United Airlines is boosting its connectivity between the West Coast of the United States and Mexico with a new San Francisco-Monterrey route, being the only airline to fly this route and offering more than 1.000 seats per week.
Flight UA 6001 was operated by United Express on an Embraer 175 registered as N200SY, which took off from San Francisco International Airport at 11:21 a.m. on October 27 and landed at General Mariano Escobedo International Airport at 3:34 p.m., after three hours and 22 minutes.

- Flight 6001: SFO 10:45 AM – MTY 03:31 PM Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Flight 6001: SFO 10:45 AM – MTY 04:31 PM Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
- Flight 5595: SFO 11:25 PM – MTY 05:09 AM+1 Monday and Sunday.
- Flight 5595: SFO 11:59 PM – MTY 04:43 AM+1 Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
This new service is complemented by the five daily flights from Houston-Intercontinental and daily flights from Chicago O’Hare. In addition to Monterrey, other Mexican destinations served by United are San Francisco with Cancun (4 daily flights), Mexico City (3 daily flights), Puerto Vallarta (15 weekly flights) and Los Cabos (15 weekly flights).
