Lufthansa Cargo has Buenos Aires, Campinas, Curitiba, Montevideo, Recife and São Paulo as South American destinations in its network (Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay). All flights are operated by Boeing 777s configured for freighter service.
As of October, the German company increased its frequency of operations to Campinas, Montevideo and Buenos Aires. The Frankfurt (FRA) – Campinas (VCP) – Montevideo (MVD) – Buenos Aires (EZE) – Frankfurt (FRA) route will be operated three times a week, when until September it had two weekly flights.
On the other hand, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo have an extra operation from Frankfurt, without passing through Montevideo, leaving Germany on Monday evenings, arriving in the Latin American cities on Tuesday mornings.
