#TBT: Air France flights between Paris and Papeete with stopovers in the Caribbean, Colombia and Perú in 1974

During the 1970s, Air France operated between Paris and Papeete with stopovers in three Latin American cities. Services were carried out in Boeing 707s with two seating classes.

The French airline’s flights to Papeete were part of an extension of the route to Lima. Air France had four operations per week to the Peruvian capital, one of which offered a connection to Papeete.

Air France currently flies five times a week between Paris and Papeete with a stopover in Los Angeles in both directions. During 2021, the stop was in Vancouver.
