This Saturday (3) Conviasa started its flights between Caracas (CCS) and Doha (DOH) to mobilize travelers to the Qatar 2022 World Cup. The Venezuelan state-owned airline is the second South American carrier to offer a non-stop connection to the Qatari capital for the sporting event.
Flight V0 3830, was operated by an Airbus A340-600 registered with the registration number YV3535 and christened «General en Jefe Rafael Urdaneta», which took off from Simón Bolívar International Airport (CCS) at 13:10 local time and landed at Hamad International Airport (DOH) at 09:47 the following day, after 13 hours and 38 minutes.
«Today we were accompanied by the ambassador of the State of Qatar, Rashid Mohsin Fetais in the launching of the route Maiquetia-Doha of our flag carrier Conviasa, we are proud to offer this connection so that Latin America can travel to the World Cup 2022», said Ramón Celestino Velásquez Araguayán, president of Conviasa.
The company has scheduled other services for December 11 and 12 between Venezuela and Qatar.

Roundtrip promotional fares are available from USD 1,990 in Economy Class and USD 2,599 in Business Class.
