Azul Linhas Aéreas will make an important announcement related to its operation on Tuesday, January 3. According to an anonymous source reported to our media partner in Brazil, AEROIN, the contents of the announcement should be known from the early hours of tomorrow morning.
Azul currently serves about 150 destinations in Brazil, thus having the largest airline network in the country, and carried 22 million passengers in the year 2022. In the year, the company reached a historic mark, hitting 1,000 flights per day in high season, backed by its varied fleet of 160 aircraft.
Other news from the company last year includes the arrival of two Airbus A350 aircraft, the largest ever operated in the company’s 14 years, as well as the live broadcast of all 2022 FIFA World Cup matches, being the only national airline to do so.
AEROIN is following Azul’s news and will report the news on Tuesday morning, as soon as it is announced.
