On November 10, American Airlines began nonstop operations between Monterrey (MTY) and Phoenix (PHX). This is the fourth route offered by the company between the United States and the capital of Nuevo Leon.

Flight AA 3835 was operated by American Eagle in an Embraer E175 registered with registration number N254NNN, which took off from General Mariano Escobedo International Airport (MTY) at 08:22 local time and landed at Phoenix – Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) at 09:34, after two hours and twelve minutes.

With this new service, the company will have an offer of 10,934 weekly seats between the United States and Monterrey (MTY) according to data obtained through Cirium, which represents a 75% increase in capacity compared to pre-pandemic levels.
