Caribbean Airlines Cargo transported vaccines to Jamaica

On May 30, Caribbean Airlines Cargo sent 55,200 vaccines for Covid-19 prevention to Jamaica. The shipment consisted of an all-cargo flight from Miami International Airport.

In these two months, the company transported a significant number of doses of Sinopharm and Astrazeneca vaccines to Guyana, Barbados, the Dominican Republic and Trinidad. They were shipped in compliance with international standards for the transport of temperature-sensitive vaccines.

Considering this work scheme, Caribbean Airlines in its Cargo division increased its service in Jamaica, serving destinations such as Guyana, Trinidad, Barbados, New York, Antigua and the Bahamas and contributing to an expansion of the air cargo market in the region.
