Aerolineas Argentinas Flights Back to Moscow for COVID-19 Vaccines

Next Thursday, January 14th, the second flight of Aerolíneas Argentinas to Moscow will depart from the Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza to seek a new load of the Sputnik V Russian vaccine against COVID-19.

The information was given by the president of the state-owned company, Pablo Ceriani, through his Twitter account, who said that 300,000 doses will be brought.

Aerolíneas Argentinas’ A330-200 will land back in Buenos Aires on Saturday noon, after a total operation time of 40 hours.

«We started 2020 with repatriation flights, then we continued bringing medical supply from China and in 2021 our challenge is to bring vaccines. We never wanted to carry out these tasks and we hope that they will be the last under this pandemic», stated Ceriani.

Aerolíneas Argentinas’ first flight from Moscow arrived to the country on the 24th of December.
