Lloyd Aéreo Boliviano was an airline that operated between 1925 and 2012. The company had its main hubs in Cochabamba, La Paz and Santa Cruz de la Sierra, with routes within Bolivia, as well as to regional and international countries.
The aircraft which were part of its fleet throughout its history consisted of Airbus A300, Airbus A310, Boeing 707, Boeing 727, Boeing 737, Boeing 757, Boeing 767, Curtiss C-46 Commando, Douglas DC-3/C-47, Douglas DC-4/C-54, Douglas DC-6, Fairchild Hiller FH-227, Fokker 27, and others.

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Perú and Venezuela were the South American countries with LAB connections to the United States in the late 1970s. Most of these flights were made with intermediate stopovers, all of them on Boeing 727s.
