Emirates Airline will reintroduce the flagship Airbus A380 on its flights between Dubai and eight cities as part of a strengthening of its global network ahead of the northern summer season starting 26 March.

The schedule includes an average of seventy daily departures of A380 aircraft from its base at Dubai International Airport (DXB) during the summer period. The “Superjumbo” will serve 48 destinations in 29 countries.

“Emirates is working hard on several fronts: to bring back operating capacity as quickly as the ecosystem can manage, while also upgrading our fleet and product to ensure our customers always enjoy the best possible experience” said Adnan Kazim, the company’s CCO.

“So far, four of our A380 aircraft have been completely refurbished with our new cabin interiors and Premium Economy seats, and more will enter service as our two billion dollars cabin and service enhancement program picks up pace”, Kazim added.
