Fortunately, the pilot was able to regain control of the aircraft and land it safely at the aerodrome.

The Transportation Safety Board, initially referring to the situation as an “event,” has been notified and will lead the investigation, with the Puerto Madryn headquarters in charge.

The Van’s RV-7A is a two-seater, single-engine, low-wing aircraft sold in kit form by Van’s Aircraft and is designed for home construction. The RV-7A version has a nose wheel, while the original RV-7 is equipped with a tail wheel.

This is a developing story.
