Delta Air Lines is expanding its transatlantic offerings from Minneapolis/St. Paul with new nonstop service to Dublin, Ireland, for the 2024 summer season. This route complements the airline’s existing operations from New York JFK, Atlanta, Boston to the Irish capital.

Delta continues to build on its long-standing No. 1 position in Minneapolis with another nonstop option for customers traveling internationally. With nearly 10 transatlantic and transpacific flights flying direct from the Twin Cities, customers have maximum choice, along with our award-winning customer service, when they travel with us” said Joe Esposito, Delta’s Senior Vice President – Network Planning.

Delta is the leading global airline out of Minneapolis/St. Paul, with a schedule of more than 330 daily flights to 120 destinations, with worldwide service to cities such as: Amsterdam, Cancun, Mexico City, Paris, Keflavik, London Heathrow, Montreal, Vancouver; and more. In addition, the carrier is the only airline to provide nonstop flights from Minneapolis/St. Paul to Asia, with service to Seoul/Incheon and Tokyo/Haneda.

MSP travelers are eager for increased air service to European destinations, and we are thrilled to see Delta add nonstop service to Dublin next year. This route is important for leisure and business travelers as we anticipate continued international demand in 2024 and beyond,” said Rick King, Chairman of the Metropolitan Airports Commission, which operates MSP.

Investment in Minneapolis

Delta continues to invest in modern airport facilities at its Minneapolis/St. Paul hub. Earlier this year, the airline opened its third and largest Delta Sky Club in Minneapolis, with capacity for more than 450 guests, a first-of-its-kind Sky Deck and more.

In addition, Delta is working with the Metropolitan Airport Commission to further modernize Concourse G, making a $47 million investment for a new terrazzo floor, upgraded ceilings and lighting, updated digital signage and more. The project is estimated to be completed by the end of 2025.
