Frankfurt is Singapore Airlines’ second most important European destination, after London Heathrow. Complementing the A380 service, the airline has a second daily service and another with a stopover in New York. Frankfurt is also the main hub for Lufthansa, its Star Alliance and codeshare partner, allowing customers to connect to the German carrier’s network to Europe, the United States and Canada.

According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Eurostat statistics, 475,462 passengers and 24,282.3 tons of cargo were moved in 2022 between Changi Airport and Frankfurt. Singapore Airlines consolidates its position as the leading airline operator in terms of passengers carried and seat capacity.
