American Airlines will introduce the Boeing 777-300ER on one of its three daily flights on the Charlotte-London Heathrow route, according to Cirium. This change will result in an 11% increase in seating capacity for the winter 2024/2025 season. The other two flights will continue to be operated by Boeing 777-200ER aircraft.

In addition to the London Heathrow route, there are year-round flights to Frankfurt and Munich, and seasonal services to Dublin, Madrid, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, and Rome-Fiumicino.
