Aeroregional will operate regular flights between Ecuador and Peru
The airline operates international flights from Ecuador to Cali and Panama from Quito, its main base.
Aeroregional will connect Quito (UIO), Ecuador, with Lima (LIM), Peru, starting February 6. The information comes from a reservation system update.
The new route will offer three weekly flights using Boeing 737-400 and Boeing 737-500 aircraft, with a capacity of between 774 and 870 seats per week.
- Flight 7A 991 UIO 20:00 - 22:00 LIM / Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Flight 7A 990 LIM 06:00 - 08:00 UIO / Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Once again, there will be a third competitor between these two South American capitals, as Aeroregional will compete with LATAM (18 weekly flights) and JetSMART (3 weekly flights). The last time three airlines operated this route was in 2018, when TAME was present.
