Avianca has launched a new website that provides an intuitive and personalized experience for passengers with disabilities. This platform offers clear and detailed information, allowing users to plan their trips with confidence and ease. Among its features are:
• Guides organized by topics: Passengers can quickly access specific information about medical and accessibility-related topics.
• Sections by type of disability: The page includes tailored information for people with visual, auditory, physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities, offering recommendations for each stage of the travel process.
