Aeromexico presented the balance of its operations and although the upward trend of transporting more and more passengers continues, the pace of its recovery has been slower than the one recorded since September.
The company carried 790,000 passengers within the country and 136,000 on international flights with a growth of only 6.5%, evidence that the recovery has not followed the rhythm of previous months, as September produced 10% more travelers on its flights and October had surpassed that mark with 22.9%.
The November figures show 926,000 passengers transported, 43.7% less than the same month of 2019, with decreases of 74.1% at the international level and 29.5% for domestic flights.
In response to this loss of pace in the passengers transported, the company plans to increase the offer of flights between Mexico and the United States, linking Mexico City with the cities of Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Orlando, San Antonio, Miami, New York, and San Francisco.
