The Russian company Aeroflot suspended operations to Havana from Moscow more than a year ago as a result of COVID-19. The company operated on Airbus A330-200s, with capacity for 241 passengers.

Aeroflot planned to resume flights to the Cuban capital at the end of last year, but they were postponed until April 1. Finally, the company canceled the start and plans to start on June 1.

For now, the company’s schedule will be two weekly frequencies in the Airbus A350-900, configured with 316 seats, reaching 632 seats per week between Moscow and Havana and vice versa.

Schedule

Flight From Departure To Arrival
SU 150 Moscow (SVO) 10:30 Havana (HAV) 15:35
SU 151 Havana (HAV) 14:15 Moscow (SVO) 08:20 +1

Frequencies

Flight Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday
SU 150 X X
SU 151 X X

This entire schedule is subject to changes that may occur in the coming weeks, as it will depend mainly on the situation of the coronavirus, travel restrictions and demand.

Aeroflot currently has only one Airbus A350-900 in its fleet, the registered VQ-BFY. During the next few months the company plans to incorporate, in principle, 14 aircraft of this model.
