Air France made its first flight to Santiago de Chile with the Airbus A350

This Friday (25) at 07:56 local time the first Air France flight operated in an Airbus A350 landed at Santiago de Chile Airport. Previously, the French company flew between the two capitals with Boeing 777-300 (ERs), configured with 381 seats.

Air France will continue with its three weekly flights on the aforementioned route. With this schedule of operations, the company will have 972 seats per week between Paris and Santiago and vice versa, when with the Boeing 777s it had 1,143 seats on both routes.

The Chilean capital is the second Latin American destination for Air France´s Airbus A350-900s to and from Paris. Currently they only operate to San Pablo, and in July they plan to fly with these aircraft to Lima.
