From July 31st, according to Eastern’s reservation system, the airline will increase to five its frequency of flights to Guayaquil. Eastern Airlines operates with its Boeing 767-300(ER), configured with 244 seats.
The company has operations between New York (JFK) and Guayaquil. Currently, Eastern has four weekly flights.

With the five weekly operations, Eastern Airlines will offer 1,220 seats per week between New York and Guayaquil, a 25% increase in seats offered by the company compared to the actual schedule.
Last week Eastern Airlines canceled its flights between Miami and Guayaquil, after one year of operations. There is no official information from the airline about this suspension, although it supposed to be due to low demand.
