On December 2, Avianca plans to resume regular operations between Bogota and Montevideo. Flights between these cities have been suspended since last February, due to COVID-19.
According to the reservation system and the Cirium platform, Avianca plans to fly three times a week to Montevideo on Airbus A319-100s, configured with 120 seats. With this schedule, the airline plans to offer 360 weekly seats between Bogota and Carrasco Airport and vice versa.
Initially, as we had reported, Avianca planned to resume flights to the Uruguayan capital at the beginning of November. Finally, this schedule was postponed to December.
