On Wednesday (1) at 11:14 p.m. local time, the first British Airways flight from London – Heathrow arrived at Rio de Janeiro International Airport. The company had suspended operations between the two cities since December 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
British will have four weekly flights to and from the Brazilian city on Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. With this schedule, the airline will offer 856 seats per week on each leg.
