Latam informed that due to the increase of Covid-19 cases among its personnel, it was forced to cancel several flights in Colombia between yesterday and today.
The airline has assured that this situation at the moment only impacts 3% of the operation and will provide flexibility so that affected passengers can access the following alternatives:
- Request the refund of their ticket, without penalty.
- Change of date without penalty, during the validity of the ticket.
- Route change subject to fare conditions.
Through a press release, Latam regretted the inconvenience and reiterated its commitment to maintaining the highest safety and biosecurity standards for its employees and passengers.

Finally, the company highlighted that to date 94% of its employees in the country have a complete vaccination schedule and the airline has reinforced biosecurity measures.
