Last week, Mexican charter airline TSM (Transporte Saltillo Monterrey) announced its expansion into the cargo market. In this regard, a batch of Boeing B737-400SF aircraft will arrive under an A.C.M.I. contract. Operating for the Mercado Libre brand, this is a subsidiary of the Argentine company Homonimia and its Brazilian division, Mercado Livre. As reported by our partner portal in Brazil, Aeroin.net.

A.C.M.I. stands for Aircraft Crew Maintenance Insurance (A.C.M.I.), or wet lease. That is, the lease contract between two airlines, which includes: the aircraft, the crew, the maintenance of the aircraft, and the insurance of the same.

TSM requested AEI to convert two B737-400SF freighter aircraft.
