Condor presents its A330neo cabins

The German airline Condor presented the characteristics and design of the cabins of its Airbus A330neo aircraft, which will begin operating in the fall of this year. According to the company, the first destinations served by the latest model to join the fleet will include the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Seattle, in the United States.

The aircraft will be able to to carry up to 310 passengers, with a three-class configuration: 30 in Business Class, 64 in Premium Economy and 216 in Economy. According to the company, the interiors will be available gradually. In addition, the cabins will reflect the company’s new visual brand identity.

Ralf Teckentrup, the airline’s CEO, commented that the product “is complemented by an unprecedented, coherent interior design, with the highest level of comfort, the most diverse and largest in-flight entertainment programme”.

Business

The new Business Class will have 30 seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. This will give all passengers direct aisle access. The seats will convert into a two-meter-long, full flat bed. The entertainment service will feature an expanded selection of movies, series, podcasts, and games, available on a 17.3-inch 4K screen.

Premium Economy and Economy

In the middle cabin, seats will have a legroom 15 centimeters longer than in economy class and a reclining capacity of up to 15 centimeters. They will also have adjustable headrests and footrests. Both cabins will have a 2-4-2 seating arrangement and 13.3-inch 4K screens.

Onboard connectivity

Condor highlighted new connectivity features on its fleet of twin-aisle aircraft. High-speed broadband Internet access, device holders and Bluetooth connectivity for personal headsets will be available in all A330neo classes.
