Flight Q6 4110 took off from Juan Santamaría Airport (SJO) at 14:06 local time and landed at 18:43 at Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM). The company will offer 864 seats per week on this route.

- San José – Lima Flight Q6 4110 SJO 14:20 – LIM 19:00 Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
- Lima – San José Flight Q6 4111 LIM 20:00 – SJO 22:45 Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
This non-stop service will be operated in Airbus A319 aircraft with 144 seats in single configuration. Promotional fares start at USD 99.
According to data compiled by Aviacionline through the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) during the first quarter of 2022, Costa Rica received 8,243 tourists from Peru by air, representing a recovery of 80.4% with respect to pre-pandemic levels.
As of April, the number of Peruvian travelers increased 1.1% with respect to 2019, this means a full recovery progress to pre-COVID-19 levels, Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) is the main entrance for tourists coming from South America.
Data obtained by Aviacionline through the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Costa Rica (DGAC) indicate that in 2019 between San Jose (SJO) and Lima (LIM) 145,200 passengers and 533, tons of cargo were mobilized, it was the second busiest route between Costa Rica and South America.

The company continues to expand its international network in Costa Rica, adding a new service to Colombia as of June 20. According to data compiled by Aviacionline through Cirium, Volaris Costa Rica will have an offer of 10,368 seats per week from San Jose (SJO), the schedule is as follows:

- Cancun (CUN) daily flights.
- Guatemala City (GUA) 13 times weekly.
- Lima (LIM) three times a week.
- Mexico City (MEX) six times a week.
- San Salvador (SAL) four times a week.
- Los Angeles (LAX) via GUA daily flights.
- Washington Dulles (IAD) via SAL four times a week.
