Last April, Binter Canarias had announced its schedule for the summer season. It included the launch of new destinations that would reinforce the connectivity of the Canary Islands with the Iberian Peninsula, Europe and North Africa. With the new services, the company will offer thirteen more routes than during the same period in 2021 and will reach 200 weekly flights.
Starting in July, the company inaugurated its direct flights from Gran Canaria (LPA) to Florence (FLR), Ponta Delgada (PDL), Fez (FEZ), Valladolid (VLL) and Menorca-Mahón (MAH). It will also resume services to Banjul (BJL), Sal (SID) and Jerez de la Frontera (XRY). The number of seats on offer will increase by 70% compared to the previous year.

New routes and additional frequencies
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Florence (FLR): one weekly frequency, on Saturdays, with Embraer E195 E2 aircraft. It began on July 2nd. The city in the Tuscany region thus became Binter Canarias’ third destination in Italy, in addition to Turin (TRN) and Venice (VCE).
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Ponta Delgada (PDL): one weekly frequency, on Saturdays, with Embraer E195 E2 aircraft. It began on July 2nd.
- Fuerteventura (FUE) – Funchal (FNC): one weekly frequency, on Saturdays, with ATR 72 aircraft.
- Lanzarote (ACE) – Funchal (FNC): one weekly frequency, on Saturdays, with ATR 72 aircraft.
- Funchal (FNC) – Marrakech (RAK): two weekly frequencies, on Sundays and Thursdays, with ATR 72 aircraft.
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Jerez de la Frontera (XRY): two weekly frequencies, on Mondays and Thursdays, with Embraer E195 E2 aircraft. Starts on July 4th. Currently, the company also flies to the Andalusian city from Tenerife North (TFN). Thus, there will be four weekly frequencies between the Canary Islands and Jerez de la Frontera.
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Fez (FEZ): one weekly frequency, on Saturdays, with ATR 72 aircraft.
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Isla de Sal (SID): one weekly frequency in both directions, departing from Gran Canaria on Tuesdays and returning on Wednesdays.
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Banjul (BJL): one weekly frequency in both directions, departing from Gran Canaria on Thursdays and returning on Fridays. Route operated by Embraer E195 E2 aircraft. It started on June 23th.
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Marrakech (RAK): three weekly frequencies, on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with ATR 72 aircraft.
- Gran Canaria (LPA) – Agadir (AGA): two weekly frequencies, on Sundays and Thursdays, with ATR 72 aircraft.
