Norse Atlantic inaugurates flights to Orlando

On July 5 Norse Atlantic Airways inaugurated its flights between Oslo (OSL) and Orlando (MCO) with four weekly flights. This is the second destination of the company from the state of Florida, in addition to its services to Fort Lauderdale (FLL).

Flight NO 81 was operated by a Boeing 787 registered with the registration LN-FNC and christened «Everglades», the aircraft took off from Gardermoen Airport (OSL) at 10:25 local time and landed at Orlando International Airport (MCO) at 13:35.

Orlando (MCO) – Oslo (OSL)
  • Flight NO 82 MCO 17:30 – OSL 08:25+1 Tuesday.
  • Flight NO 82 MCO 18:05 – OSL 09:00+1 Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

The service will be operated on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft with a capacity of 338 seats in two classes (56 Premium Economy/282 Economy). Promotional fares are available starting at USD 149 each way.

According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Avinor indicates that 29,000 passengers were mobilized in 2017 between Oslo (OSL) and Orlando (MCO). Norse Atlantic will be the only low-cost carrier to offer long-haul services at MCO, plus the airline increased with daily flights its services between the Norwegian capital and New York (JFK).
