Flair Airlines’ Boeing 737 runway overrun at Kitchener, Canada: What We Know

On November 25, a Flair Airlines Boeing 737-800 overran the runway 26 of Region of Waterloo International Airport, located outside Kitchener, Ontario. All 134 and 6 crew suffered no injuries.

According to The Aviation Herald the aircraft, with registration C-FFLC, came to a stop with all gear on soft ground about 140 meters/470 feet past the runway end, and sustained minor if any damage.

Canadian Transportation Safety Board dispatched investigators to the site. The Airport is currently closed for operations, with no defined time for reopening.
