LATAM Ecuador modified its schedule on January 2, an action that will allow the airline to connect the south of Ecuador with the recently inaugurated flights to Miami (MIA).
«It is an important step to start with this connection, in this way we internationalize the air service of Cuenca with the different cities of the world and also the possibility of increasing frequencies and routes,» said Boris Palacios, General Coordinator of Mobility of the Municipality of Cuenca.
The necessary adjustments were made to cover 100% of air operations at Cuenca’s Mariscal La Mar airport, both in infrastructure and operating personnel, and the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC) was requested to extend the aerodrome’s schedule from 06:00 to 22:00 (local time), starting November 5, 2022.
