Flybondi Launches Pilot Recruitment Campaign

Flybondi has launched a pilot recruitment campaign specifically aimed at those with over 7,000 flight hours of experience in aircraft weighing more than 28 tons.

«This search is focused on pilots with experience in airlines. We believe it can be very attractive for those profiles who want to reintegrate into the market or even for those who want to spend a few more years in the activity with a different company, which works to make air travel accessible to more and more people,» said Eduardo Gaspari, Director of Operations at Flybondi.

«Flybondi is the airline with the highest growth in recent years and we will continue to expand the fleet, adding new routes and destinations, and transporting more passengers every day,» he added.

Flybondi doubled the number of employees last year, from 600 to over 1,200, with more than 110 pilots being incorporated during that period.

Flybondi’s network reaches 18 destinations in Argentina and 3 international ones through 22 routes. Recently, the ultra-low-cost airline announced plans to expand into Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia, as well as return to Paraguay and Uruguay.

Its fleet consists of 12 Boeing 737-800NG with a capacity for 189 passengers in a single class.
