Pikachu Jet: ANA unveils Boeing 787 with Pokémon livery

All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Pokémon Company have partnered under «Pokémon Air Adventures» to commemorate an aircraft with the livery «Pikachu Jet NH«, which will begin operations in June this year. The collaboration will feature a range of original products and special in-flight entertainment services.

With the easing of travel restrictions, «Pokémon Air Adventures» is a project created to stimulate flights with the Pokémon world. This is an effort by the company to offer customers a joyful travel experience and stimulate tourism in Japan.

Facts about «Pikachu Jet NH».

• Entry into service will be June 4, 2023 and will maintain the special livery for five years.
• Aircraft: Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner (JA894A).
• The concept of the «Pikachu Jet NH» is inspired by other flying Pokémon such as Charizard, Latios, Latias, Vivillon, among others along with Pikachu.
• The interior design of the «Pikachu Jet NH» cabin and the original products to be distributed to passengers will be announced at a later date.

International routes of the «Pikachu Jet NH».

Services are scheduled from June 4 through October 28. Routes are subject to operational changes.

The «Pikachu Jet NH» will be operating exclusively at Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND).

Merchandise and In-flight Entertainment

The airline will have exclusive merchandise for sale through ANA SKY SHOP, ANA vip lounges and authorized stores at the airport. The first original product will be a swim poncho that will be available for sale starting June 4.

ANA will offer Pokémon-related content such as Pokémon Kids TV and POKÉTOON in in-flight entertainment on all international and domestic flights.
