LATAM will start flights between Sao Paulo and Los Angeles with 313-seat Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft starting October 31st. The airline inaugurated operations on this route on Boeing 777-300(ER) jets in early August, as we announced in this article.

According to Cirium, LATAM Airlines will operate between the two cities with the Dreamliners until at least April 2024, when the Boeing 777s will return. This change will involve a 21% reduction in monthly seats, as the Boeing 777-300(ER) have almost 70 more places.
