On October 29, avianca Ecuador began operations between Quito and Orlando International Airport, this is the company’s second destination in the United States, complementing its services to Ecuador. This route is the fourth service inaugurated by the airline this year, reinforcing international connectivity in Ecuador.
Flight AV 7398 was operated in an Airbus A320neo registered with registration number N599AV. The aircraft took off from Mariscal Sucre International Airport at 07:51 local time and landed at Orlando International Airport at 12:42, after three hours and 51 minutes.
The Quito-Orlando service will have available more than 1,400 seats per month, the new destination adds to avianca’s network of 16 international routes in Ecuador. In addition, the airline is the only carrier to fly between Orlando and Ecuador.

For the winter season, avianca’s schedule will have services from Bogota, Medellin, San Salvador and Quito to Orlando with 9,360 seats per week. In addition, the Colombian airline is the Latin American carrier that offers the most non-stop routes at Orlando International Airport.
Currently, avianca offers international flights from Quito to Bogota, San Salvador, San Jose, Buenos Aires, Medellin, New York and now Orlando. From Guayaquil to Bogota, San Salvador and New York.
