Sun Country Airlines to have two new international and nine domestic routes

Sun Country Airlines has scheduled two new routes to Canada and nine domestic routes from Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport for the 2024 summer season.

We have more than doubled our nonstop destinations for customers flying from MSP over the past five years and are thrilled to offer these unique new offerings that span the continent from Quebec to New Mexico,» said Grant Whitney, Sun Country’s senior vice president and chief revenue officer.

New international routes

  • Montreal: begins June 21, 2024.
  • Toronto-Pearson: starts June 13, 2024.

New domestic routes

  • Albuquerque: begins June 19, 2024.
  • Billings: begins June 19, 2024.
  • Boise: begins June 19, 2024.
  • Houston-Hobby: begins April 25, 2024.
  • Grand Rapids: begins June 13, 2024.
  • Missoula: begins June 26, 2024.
  • Oakland: begins May 23, 2024.
  • Syracuse: begins June 6, 2024.
  • Washington-Dulles: begins April 18, 2024.

All services will be scheduled two flights per week, with the exception of Washington, which will have four flights per week. With the new routes, Sun Country’s network will serve 98 markets from Minneapolis by the 2024 summer season.

Sun Country will also reschedule the new seasonal routes it started during the summer of this year. It will also move its operations from Houston-Intercontinental to Houston-Hobby.

With these new services, Sun Country will operate 120 routes at 104 airports in the United States, Mexico, Central America, Canada and the Caribbean.
