As of November 4th, LATAM began operating flights between Hugo Cantergiani Regional Airport, in Caxias do Sul, and Galeão International Airport, in Rio de Janeiro.

The company already operates five weekly flights to Guarulhos, São Paulo International Airport, and now also launched services to Rio de Janeiro twice a week, using Airbus A319 aircraft with capacity for 144 passengers.

LATAM Brazil’s new operations will take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays, alternating with flights to Guarulhos on other days of the week. Takeoffs from the city of Rio Grande do Sul are scheduled for 17:55, landing at Galeão at 19:45. In the opposite direction, flights will depart at 15:40 and land in Caxias at 17:25.
