The integrated logistics support contract covers a complete package of support services for one ERJ-135LR VIP transport aircraft and the four ERJ-145 AEW&Cs of the Hellenic Air Force.
Embraer will provide integrated logistics support services through the recently signed Follow On Support Agreement for the Hellenic Air Force (HAF) fleet of one ERJ-135LR and four ERJ-145 AEW&C aircraft. The contract covers spare parts, repair, pool, maintenance and technical services for the five Embraer jets currently in use by the HAF.
“The Hellenic Air Force is pleased to sign this contract with Embraer. We have been operating the aircraft since January 2000 and have counted on excellent support from Embraer when needed. With the Follow On Support Agreement, the Hellenic Air Force will raise even more the readiness and availability of its fleet”, says General Kontantinous Kleniatis, Chief of Staff of the Hellenic Air Force Support Command.

“Embraer is honored to be selected by the Hellenic Air Force for this contract, which demonstrates their trust in our platform and support. Our solution is very competitive and Hellenic Air Force’s decision for this model reinforces a worldwide trend, with customers looking for a complete logistics solution” says Carlos Naufel, President and CEO, Embraer Services & Support.
The contract includes a specific parts pool program for Embraer’s military customers, in which inventory costs are shared among the customers purchasing the service. This is a cost-effective way to ensure the availability of ERJ-135/145, Legacy 600/650 and AEW&C operated by defense forces and government customers.
The program has been in operation for more than 15 years and has provided efficient and effective service to Embraer’s customers.
