San Antonio International Airport Received its First Scheduled Transatlantic Flight

San Antonio International Airport received its first scheduled transatlantic operation with the start of Condor flights from Frankfurt.
Flight DE 2136 was operated on an Airbus A330neo registered as “D-ANRO”. The aircraft took off from Frankfurt Airport on May 18 at 14:43 local time and landed at San Antonio International Airport at 18:34, after ten hours and 51 minutes.

  • Frankfurt – San Antonio Flight DE 2136 FRA 14:05 – SAT 18:30 Wednesday and Friday.
  • Frankfurt – San Antonio Flight DE 2136 FRA 15:25 – SAT 19:50 Monday.
  • San Antonio – Frankfurt Flight DE 2137 SAT 20:35 – FRA 13:45+1 Wednesday and Friday.
  • San Antonio – Frankfurt Flight DE 2137 SAT 21:35 – FRA 15:05+1 Monday.
Flights are operated on Airbus A330-900neo aircraft with 310 seats in total, 30 in Business Class, 64 in Premium Economy and 216 in Economy.   Condor flights to San Antonio can be booked with tour operators and travel agencies, and tickets are available for sale through the company’s website.
San Antonio is the fourth city in Texas to have non-stop connections from Frankfurt Airport, with current offerings including service from Austin on Lufthansa, Houston on Lufthansa and United Airlines, and Dallas on American Airlines and Lufthansa.
Condor also has U.S. services to Anchorage, Baltimore, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Miami, New York JFK, Phoenix-Sky Harbor, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle-Tacoma.
