Turkish Airlines increased its network to 14 destinations in the United States by starting non-stop flights between Istanbul and Denver, the International Airport’s longest flight. With this new service, the airline’s network reaches 347 destinations worldwide.
On June 11, flight TK201 was operated by a Boeing 777-300ER registered TC-LJE, which took off from Istanbul Airport at 12:59 local time and landed at Denver International Airport at 15:47, after eleven hours and 47 minutes.
In addition to Turkish Airlines’ new service, airlines also providing European service include British Airways from London-Heathrow, Lufthansa from Frankfurt and Munich, Air France from Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Icelandair from Reykjavik, Aer Lingus from Dublin, Edelweiss from Zurich and United Airlines to London-Heathrow, Frankfurt and Munich.
