ITA Airways Launches Global Status Match Campaign for Volare Loyalty Program

ITA Airways’ Volare loyalty program has launched a new Status Match campaign, aimed at frequent flyers outside of Italy. This campaign will allow members with status in loyalty programs from 19 airlines to directly access higher levels of the Volare program, along with its exclusive benefits. Additionally, approved participants will receive 10,000 qualifying Volare points.

The campaign, which runs until August 19, 2024, is open to all members registered with a residence address outside of Italy. The requirements for participation include:

– Being a member of Volare or Volare AVVENTURA.
– Holding a frequent flyer card from one of the 19 listed airlines, at a level higher than Volare’s entry level.
– Not having participated in previous Volare Status Match campaigns.

The Volare program offers four membership levels: Club Smart, Club Plus, Club Premium, and Club Executive. Each level provides benefits such as increased baggage allowance, priority boarding, and dedicated customer service.

Since its launch in March 2022, Volare has reached over 2.1 million members worldwide. The program focuses on providing a personalized experience, supported by more than 30 commercial partners in sectors such as hospitality, mobility, and finance, and 10 airline partners, including Aerolineas Argentinas, Aeromexico, Air Europa, Air France, Delta, KLM, Korean Air, Middle East Airlines (MEA), Virgin Atlantic, and Saudia.

ITA Airways highlights that 36% of Volare members are international, with the United States, Brazil, France, and Argentina being the top foreign markets.

Recently, “Volare AVVENTURA” was launched, a subprogram dedicated to children aged 2 to 16, expanding options for corporate and SME members.
