WestJet expands its offerings in the Pacific Northeast with new nonstop service between Kelowna and Seattle-Tacoma, enhancing connectivity through Seattle and its partnership with Delta Air Lines.
“As we continue to strengthen our service throughout Western Canada, we are proud to connect Kelowna with WestJet’s new daily service to Seattle as part of our expanded winter schedule. This route will provide guests in the Okanagan and throughout the Pacific Northwest with new convenient and affordable options to easily connect between the two popular regions for business and leisure year-round,” said John Weatherill, WestJet’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer.

Route details
- Starts January 17, 2025, with five weekly flights (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- On February 17, 2025, the route will increase to daily flights.
The route will be operated by WestJet Encore on 78-seat Dash 8-Q400 aircraft in two classes: 10 Premium Class and 68 Economy. This service provides connections to 24 codeshare destinations throughout the western U.S., including destinations such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, San Diego, Phoenix, and many more,
This winter season, WestJet will operate to a total of 12 destinations from Kelowna, with up to 20 daily flights from Kelowna during the peak winter season.
