Lufthansa Group has once again modified its flight schedule to Middle East areas affected by the escalating tensions between Israel, Lebanon, and Iran.
The company indicated that its flights to Tel Aviv and Tehran will remain suspended until September 2, inclusive, while flights to Beirut will not resume, at least until September 30.
Flights to Amman (Jordan) and Erbil (Iraq) will be resumed starting August 27. The latter city can be served thanks to the implementation of an air corridor in northern Iraqi airspace to ensure safe operations.
Passengers with flights that have not been affected by the suspensions (at least for now) with tickets for after September 15 may cancel their reservations at no cost.
«We regret the inconvenience caused to our passengers given the current situation,» the company stated.
