Air France is expanding its network in Asia for the 2024/2025 winter season with a new non-stop service between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Manila. After two decades, the airline is returning to the Philippines, as its last service was flown in October 2004 with a service to Manila with a stopover in Bangkok on its Boeing 747-400.
Now three European airlines serve Manila, in addition to the new Air France service, other airlines serving are Turkish Airlines which has eleven weekly flights from Istanbul and its sister airline KLM provides four weekly flights via Manila, in total the Franco-Dutch group will have daily flights to the Philippines.

- Flight AF 208: CDG 23:20 – MNL 19:30+1 Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
- Flight AF 209: MNL 21:50 – CDG 05:50+1 Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
The route will be operated on Airbus A350-900 aircraft with a capacity of 324 seats in three classes: 34 Business Class, 24 Premium Economy and 266 in Economy.
Air France’s winter schedule in Asia-Pacific will have services to Tokyo-Haneda (15 weekly flights), Osaka-Kansai (three weekly flights), Beijing-Capital (daily flights), Shanghai-Pudong (daily flights), Hong Kong (daily flights, Seoul-Incheon (daily flights), Bangkok (13 weekly flights), Singapore (10 weekly flights) and Ho Chi Minh City (three weekly flights).
Manila is the fifth new Air France route scheduled for the 2024/2025 winter season. During this period, new services began to Salvador de Bahia in Brazil (three weekly flights from 28 October 2024), Kilimanjaro in Tanzania (three weekly flights as an extension from Zanzibar). from 18 November 2024), Malé in the Maldives (two weekly flights from 20 December) and Kiruna (one weekly frequency from 21 December 2024).
