Condor restarts its Thailand operations with non-stop services from Frankfurt to Bangkok and Phuket. It is the third airline to offer flights between Germany and Thailand, competing with Lufthansa and Thai Airways.
The first service was flight DE 2368 which was operated by Airbus A330neo registered as D-ANRO, which took off from Frankfurt Airport at 15:35 local time on 21 September and landed at Phuket Airport at 07:55 the following day, after eleven hours and twenty minutes. The first flight was welcomed by representatives of Condor, Phuket Airport and the tourism association.

- Flight DE2362: FRA 19:00 – BKK 11:25+1 Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
- Flight DE2363: BKK 21:40 – FRA 05:10+1 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

- Flight DE2368: FRA 15:10 – HKT 08:00+1 Thursday and Saturday.
- Flight DE2369: HKT 10:00 – FRA 17:30 Friday and Sunday.
Both services are operated by Airbus A330-900neo with capacity for 310 passengers in three classes: 30 Business Class, 64 Premium Economy and 216 in Economy. The aircraft is powered by Rolls Royce Trent 7000 engines and can run on sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
The new services are complemented by winter routes to Cape Town, Seychelles and the Maldives.
