This Friday, the 29th, the Boeing 737 FireLiner™ and the Cessna Citation Air Attack arrived in Chile, two key aircraft as part of the contract signed between Coulson Aviation, BRYSA, and the National Forestry Corporation (CONAF). These additions enhance the region’s aerial firefighting capabilities.
The 737 FireLiner™, a passenger aircraft modified for firefighting, is known for its rapid response capabilities and efficient coverage in complex terrains. Meanwhile, the Cessna Citation, designed for aerial operation coordination, will optimize firefighting strategies from the air.
Since 2021, Coulson Aviation has been operating in Chile, establishing itself as a key player in emergency management solutions. This deployment marks a significant step in the collaboration between CONAF, Coulson Aviation, and BRYSA, highlighting their joint commitment to addressing the growing risks associated with wildfires.
With the arrival of these aircraft, the aim is to improve emergency response capabilities in a context where wildfires pose a constant threat to ecosystems and local communities.
