LATAM Airlines will temporarily suspend the São Paulo Guarulhos-Boston route, which currently operates three times a week on a Boeing 787-9, from January 5 to March 28, 2025. During this period, its Joint Venture partner Delta Air Lines will fly this service. Customers who do not accept the alternative flight option can apply under the Passenger Protection chapter.
From January 6 to March 27, 2025, Delta Air Lines will fly the São Paulo Guarulhos-Boston route, the airline’s only connection between Massachusetts and South America. The service will be operated on Airbus A330-300 aircraft with a capacity of 282 passengers: 34 Delta One, 21 Premium Select, 24 Delta Comfort+ and 203 Economy.
