WINAIR inaugurated three new destinations in the Caribbean with Barbados (BGI), St. Lucia (SLU), and St. Vincent (SVD), increasing its network to 16 destinations in the region. It also increased frequencies on key routes.
The expansion of operations coincides with the addition of an ATR 42-500 and a De Havilland Twin Otter DHC 6-300, bringing its fleet to 3 ATR 42s and 5 Twin Otters.

In addition to the new destinations, WINAIR also connects St. Barthelemy (SBH), St. Eustatius (EUX), Tortola (EIS), Saba (SAB), Curaçao (CUR), St. Kitts (SKB), Antigua and Barbuda (ANU), Aruba (AUA), Dominica (DOM), Nevis (NEV), Bonaire (BON), and Fort-de-France (FDF).

- St. Maarten (SXM) – Barbados (BGI) – Fort-de-France (FDF) / Mondays.
- Fort-de-France – Barbados – St. Maarten / Fridays.
- St. Maarten – St. Lucia (SLU) – Kingstown (SVD), St. Vincent and the Grenadines – St. Maarten / Tuesdays.
- St. Maarten – Kingstown (SVD), St. Vincent and the Grenadines – St. Lucia – St. Maarten / Saturdays.
- Barbados – Dominica (DOM) / Saturdays.
The company maintains codeshare agreements with KLM, enabling new destinations to connect to Europe with a stop in St. Maarten.

- Aruba – Curaçao / increased from 4 to 7 weekly flights with ATR 42.
- Curaçao – St. Maarten / increased from 7 to 12 weekly flights with ATR 42.
- St. Maarten – Tortola / increased from 16 to 21 weekly flights with ATR 42 / Twin Otter.
- St. Maarten – St. Eustatius / increased from 21 to 28 weekly flights with Twin Otter.
- St. Maarten – St. Barthelemy / increased from 75 to 192 weekly flights with Twin Otter.
- St. Maarten – St. Kitts and Nevis / increased from 11 to 14 weekly flights with ATR 42 and Twin Otter.
