This Sunday (2) at 8:51 p.m. the inaugural flight of Aerolineas Argentinas departed from Cordoba to Rio de Janeiro. The airline will fly three times a week between the cities of Argentina and Brazil with Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8.
Rio de Janeiro is Aerolíneas Argentinas’ second international destination from the Córdoba Hub. As we reported, Florianópolis began operations on Saturday, January 1st.

Latest flights between Cordoba and Rio de Janeiro had been in March 2020 prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. GOL plans to resume its services to Cordoba next June, though there is no official information at the moment.
