This Tuesday (31) at 1:37 p.m. local time, an Aerolíneas Argentinas charter flight from Buenos Aires landed at London Heathrow Airport. The special operation was carried out in Airbus A330-202, registration LV-GIF.
Aerolíneas Argentinas returned to London after a two-year hiatus. The last flight had been in May 2020, when the company made a repatriation charter for Argentines who were in England without the possibility of flying to Buenos Aires due to COVID-19.
In this case, the purpose behind the special flight to London is for the «Finalissima» match between Argentina and Italy at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday (1) at 8:45 p.m. (UK time).
According to current information, the aircraft will depart from the British capital to Buenos Aires on Thursday, June 2nd, at 9:30 a.m.
