Aeroméxico has begun ticket sales for its new route between Mexico City (MEX) and Cali (CLO), its fourth destination in Colombia
Cali will be Aeroméxico's fourth destination in Colombia, joining Bogotá, Medellín, and Cartagena, with a daily frequency on Boeing 737 MAX 8.
The announcement of this route was made in early February, marking the airline’s return to the Valle del Cauca region, where it operated between June and August 2019. The city of Cali will once again be linked to Mexico after two years, in a context of growing passenger flow between both countries. Between 2022 and 2023, airlines such as Avianca, Wingo, and VIVA offered daily flights from Cali to Mexico City and Cancún.
The connection will be operational starting June 19, 2025.
According to the booking system, Aeroméxico will operate the route with Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, with a capacity of 166 passengers, representing a weekly offer of 2,324 seats.
The schedules have been designed to facilitate connections with various cities in Mexico, the U.S. West Coast, and Asia.
Flight schedule:
Mexico City – Cali
✈️ Flight AM 754: Departure 13:20 – Arrival 19:00 (daily).
Cali – Mexico City
✈️ Flight AM 755: Departure 08:30 – Arrival 12:00 (daily).
The launch of ticket sales for this route comes after the recent inauguration of flights between Mexico City and Cartagena, which began operating on February 20.
With this addition, Aeroméxico strengthens its presence in Colombia, where it already offers daily flights to Medellín/Rionegro (MDE) and three daily frequencies to Bogotá (BOG), using Boeing 737 MAX 8 and 737 MAX 9 aircraft.
